Ingredients

2 oz Pineapple or Orange Juice

2 oz Bell Pepper/Ginger Syrup

Top with Soda Water
*Bell Pepper Ginger Syrup

2 Yellow Bell Peppers

3 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger

100 g Boiling Water

100g sugar

Method: Combine ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 1 minute (make sure to vent
the top, so the hot water doesn’t make it explode!), and fine strain with a mesh
strainer.
